I push to go the Home Depot or Ace Hardware instead because your Menards is no longer helpful to me as a homeowner. Your layout is from the 90's, and I know because I have been a customer here since then. On more then one occasion I needed something to repair my house and you did not have it. This store is seriously lacking compared to other Menards. Although they deserve an updated store layout equipped with everything people need. Customer service is alright on my particular visit. Explained everything to me walked me around the truck had a great personality I cannot say enough about how helpful he was. I went to the store and met with Bryan who was fantastic. Their larger stores also carry a bigger selection than this one which can sometimes get annoying. Has most needed items but for lumber I'd rather go to Home Depot or one of their bigger store with lumber inside.
